I'm sorry that I could not make it. I've been launching my own business ( http://www.usefulfruit.com/ ) and it was just a really bad time. If I were closer, I might have come anyway, but Maryland is a long trek from Louisiana. I'm glad all of you could make it and it went so well.

Jamie (Voisin) Brenning

Has it been ten years already? I can't believe it. After graduation I headed off to USM in hattiesburg, Mississippi. There I got my B.S. in Kinesiotherapy and a minor in psychology. In January 2007 I passed my certification test. I am currently working at an Orthopedic Rehabilitation clinic and waiting on an answer for an upcoming job at the V.A. Hospital in Biloxi, Mississippi. I am also looking at getting a masters in kinesiology.
I have been living in gulfport, Mississippi since June 2003.Lately we've been avoiding hurricanes (katrina and now maybe Gustav almost on the third anniversary of katrina. I got married in November 2003. Don and I have two beautiful children Christopher and Aubrey. I love being a mom it is an rewarding experience and we are very involved with our children, there education, sports, and church. Hope to see everyone at the reunion.

My life certainly hasn't been too complex since graduation. Basically, school, school, school, and then job. After NHS I went to LSU in Baton Rouge and got my degree in Biochemistry, then proceeded on to medical school in New Orleans at... yes you guessed it... LSU. I matched in Emergency Medicine and am in my 3rd year of a 4 year residency at... wait for it... LSU. I got married to Jennifer Kontur, Slidell High c/o 98, in May 2004. We just had our first child, Victoria Lynn Rice, on 6/21/08. We also have a small 105 pound black Lab-Great Dane named Winston. Jennifer and I live in Slidell directly next-door to NHS. Yes, school traffic sucks. Hope to see everyone at the reunion.

Well well, where to begin. I left you guys in 1997 for half of a junior year and a senior year in Texas, after graduating I went to the University of North Texas and got a degree in criminal justice. The refinance mortgage market was buzzing when I graduated college so I left for D.C. and made some quick money. When the market fell off I didn't exactly have a "passion" for mortgage loans, so I joined the Army, learned Chinese, worked as an interrogator and worked on a counter narcotics team in a mountainous region for a while. I'm out of the Army and am now employed as a special agent in U.S. Diplomatic Security. I teased a few girls along the way, told them I wanted to marry them, but then I was like....pscyh just kidding. A pretty young lady from Ecuador finally got me to walk down the isle/beach with her about 2 years ago and we've got a one year old little bad ass named Shane now. What up Pat Harris? Email me at lewis.p.scott@gmail.com I don't believe in paragraphs. That's what's up.

Well you asked for it!

After graduation I couldn't wait for the new-found freedom of college, so I left the next week. I packed my stuff in a U-Haul and moved to Baton Rouge to start college [partying] at LSU early. I met some great people during my 3 years there as well as got to know some old high school friends a lot better.

I met my first wife during her first semester and ended up engaged and pregnant. We moved to Lafayette where she was originally from since there were family members to help us with raising a baby and a well-respected college there. We had our son Grahm and stayed married as we worked through college for nearly 3 years, but shortly after graduating we parted ways. I stayed alone for a little while until moving across the street from a girl that I couldn't help but fall for, Lauren. We will have been married almost two years. She has two darling little girls and we stay pretty loaded up with a 6, 7, and 8 year-old keeping us busy.

We live right smack in the middle of Lafayette. I am a Mechanical Engineer / Projects Manager at the largest privately owned engineering firm in Louisiana, Wink. My wife plays tennis and I starting taking lessons and we now play in a mixed doubles tennis league. I still build and race cars all the time and I've always got something fast and something new to try to tear up - that's my passion. Actually, I just bought my first American car out of the 23 cars I've owned (you should have known when I had 4 in high school) - a 2002 Z06 Corvette. I took it to the road course 10 days after buying it :)

Anyway I can't wait to see everyone again. I look forward to catching up with you all.

check me out. www.putfile.com/harrisracing

Um, there's way too much to tell, but in case anyone is interested.... after graduation I went to Loyola for a year and played bass there before moving to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California, Thornton School of Music, where I majored in music and Business. Since graduating in '03 I've worked in the music, film and TV industries, while maintaining a dual career as a performing musician. I got married last year (kept my own last name obviously) to a fellow x-classical musician and have decided to call Los Angeles home forever. We don't have any plans to have kids, but I have a beautiful 130 lb Great Dane named Maggie Mae, and another on the way - lol.

Check out my band... http://Robotanists.com.

See you in October!

Wow…Ten years may have gone fast, but I feel very young at heart at the age of “24”. LOL…Where do I begin? After NHS graduation, I went to LSU for six years with a Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture. (In case, you really don’t know about the profession, here is the link for some clarification: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landscape_architecture). During my time at LSU, I had the great opportunity to learn from the best LA professors and traveled around the West and East Coasts of the US. One of my two proudest accomplishments was in the Summer of 2003 when I received the $5000 Freeman Asia scholarship from UNITED NATIONS in NYC. This scholarship gave me the opportunity to study aboard/intern anywhere in Asia. I interned in Thailand for five months as well as got to visit Japan, India, Cambodia, Bali (Indonesia), and China. I was very blessed for it gave me a chance to improve my design skills, to find out who I really am, and to appreciate life in general. Seriously…How many people get to see the Great Wall of China or the Taj Mahal? It was definitely an indescribable feeling…

After six-LONG years in a five-year program, I finally got my bachelors in the Spring 2004. All those long lectures and studio hours, gone. Now, I’m currently living and working in Orlando, FL as Senior Landscape Designer for Canin Associates (www.canin.com) in the four past years. Most of the projects that I work or focus on are international resort projects. Some of them are in Morocco, Portugal, Spain, and Bahamas. The Bahamas project (www.albanybahamas.com) is currently in “construction built-in-process”. It is a multi-million dollars project invested by important people, which one happens to be Tiger Woods. I’m very excited about that.

And my personal life? No husband, no kids…not ready yet. I’m just enjoying my life every moment that I can. It is very rare to get any free time, but when I do get it, I TAKE IT. :-P Last year, I got to take a three-week vacation and visit my family country, Vietnam. It was great learning experience, but most importantly, spending time with my parents. Plus, it doesn’t hurt to visit friends in Thailand too. Hopefully, I will be vacationing in Singapore this November as well as getting a job interview for I’m ready to head back to Asia.

Needless to say, I hope to see you guys in October and catch up. Love to hear more stories when we meet. :-)

My life has been really simple. After we graduated I went to school at Delgado community college and then Charity School of Nursing and became a nurse. I stayed pretty close to home so my husband could finish school in construction/architectural desitgn. Right after nursing school I took a job in the medical research field and have been a research nurse ever since- and lovin it! I have to travel alot which sometimes can be a nice vacation also. I only work part-time because the other time I am busy being a mommy to my two beautiful kids, Tyren who is 9 and wants to be a Karate Master when he grows up and Amiah is 7 and loves to act and dance- she has already landed a part in a movie. I married JR Ducre from Slidell High Class of 98'--he has been a wonderful husband and father, I couldn't have asked for anything better! I stay busy now that my husband has opened his own construction business,(we own J.D. Construction)I work part-time and the rest of my time goes to my kids auditions, karate, and competition dance team.

Well, can't wait to see everyone!

Well, its hard to figure out where to start. Here we go!
My parents moved to Carriere, MS one month after graduation, so I decided to go to USM in Hattiesburg to nursing school. I commuted for 2 years then move the Hattiesburg. Graduated in Dec 2002 with nursing degree, psych degree, and minor in business. What a combo!! Anyways, got a job in medical research my last semester of college and traveled all over the US. Married in Oct 03 after dating my husband for 6 years. Started my own business in Medical Research in April 04 and its been booming ever since. I have been a workaholic ever since! Worked 2 nursing jobs while starting the business then the business really took off after the hurricane. I was going to go back to med school but katrina washed those plans away. So I immediately enrolled into a Family Nurse Practitioner program in Alabama in Jan 06. Worked 60+ hours a week with the business and went to school full time so I could graduate in December 07. I finished and received full certification to see patients on my own. So I started a second business and bought a clinic to house my now 2 businesses. We officially opened the doors of the new clinic last week (April 1) and we have our research business and our regular clinic (for diabetes, women's health, cholesterol, etc. patients) all under one roof!!!! We hired another Nurse practitioner who will see patients with me at the new clinic. I applied to med school in Decemeber and was accepted to start in August, then found out I was pregnant (there was something in the water or tequilla in Mexico- I promise!) I am due October 6th, which I now see the date of the reuion has changed by 2 weeks! So hopefully I will be recovered. I still plan to start med school either in August or January. So I think that is it. I travel alot and work crazy crazy days! And if anyone wants to get together maybe this summer I wouldn't mind hosting a shindig at my place.

We officially opened the doors of the new clinic last week (April 1) and we have our research business and our regular clinic (for diabetes, women’s health, cholesterol, etc. patients) all under one roof!!!! And if anyone wants to get together maybe this summer I wouldn’t mind hosting a shindig at my place.
